You decide on letters
Subscribe and unsubscribe freely. We never share your address with another company.
You have rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability. Write to privacy@weneora.com and we'll answer within 30 days.
1 · What we collect
Name, shipping address, email, phone (optional), order contents, and basic device/analytics signals when you visit our site. We do not collect payment card numbers; our payment partner does, behind their own walls.
2 · Why we collect it
To process orders, prevent fraud, send you the letters you've asked for, and quietly improve our shop. That's it.
3 · Who we share with
Only the partners required to deliver your tea: payment processors, shipping carriers, and our email service. We have signed data-protection agreements with each. We never sell data.
4 · Cookies
We use a small set of cookies: a functional one (cart, preferences) and an analytics one (anonymized traffic patterns). You may decline analytics in your browser at any time.
5 · Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of your data. Write to privacy@weneora.com. We respond within 30 days; usually within seven.
