14-day unopened returns
Unopened tins may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
Damaged in transit?
Write within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it — no fuss.
1 · Domestic (India)
Standard shipping ₹80 on orders below ₹1,500; complimentary above. Most orders arrive within 3–7 working days from dispatch via our courier partners.
2 · International
We ship worldwide on a quote basis. Write to official@weneora.com with your country and order and we'll come back within 24 hours with the gentlest route.
3 · Tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If it goes quiet for more than 48 hours, please write to us and we'll chase it on your behalf.
4 · Returns & refunds
Unopened tins may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price (shipping is non-refundable). Write to us first and we'll share the return address.
5 · Damaged in transit
Open the parcel within 7 days of receipt. If anything has cracked or spilled, send us a photo at official@weneora.com — we'll replace it free of charge.
