Our quiet agreement
By steeping with Weneora — buying a tin, browsing a shelf, signing up for letters — you agree to these terms. They are written plainly because that is how tea should be made.
Section 02
Orders & dispatch
Every order is hand-packed within three working days. Once dispatched, parcels typically arrive in 3–7 days within India. International routes are slower seasons.
Section 03
Returns & refunds
Unopened tins may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Opened tins, having shared their first breath, cannot be returned but we will make any quality issue right.
Section 04
Intellectual property
All artwork, photography, blend recipes, and writing on this site belong to Weneora. You may share with credit; you may not reproduce for commercial use without our written permission.
Section 05
Ingredients & allergens
Our blends are botanical. If you are pregnant, nursing, on medication, or treating a condition, consult a clinician before introducing new herbs into your routine.
Section 06
Accounts & access
You are responsible for the credentials you create with us. Tell us at once if you suspect any unauthorized access.
Section 07
Limitation of liability
We brew with care; we cannot, however, be liable for indirect damages arising from product use beyond the price of the product itself.
Section 08
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first attempt mediation in good faith in New Delhi before any other recourse.
Section 09
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the company grows. The effective date below will reflect the most recent revision.
